Hereby I wish to provide a list of documents to be prepared in advance and in-order for immigration clearance from a developing country like India to any Europe country for tour purpose as those tourists might be considered as people engaged in smuggling that includes drug trafficking, people trying for illegal migration or unreported employment!
1) Original Passports [if you have old and new].
2) Original e-visa printout [not a photocopy]; if the visa has not been furnished on the passport.
3) Copy of itinerary [a planned route] for the intended trip i.e. "To and Fro" flight details including transit information provided by the Airlines.
4) Copy of receipt of payment from the tourist agency.
5) Tour plan from the tourist agency.
6) Overseas hotel room booking information sheet from tourist agency.
7) Travel insurance policy which has an overseas / international health Coverage.
8) Leave approval letter from the current employer, which includes the date of re-joining once you are back from the tour.
9) Your recent / latest 6 months bank statements.
10) Copy of credit cards that will be with you during your tour.
11) Try to have approximately 50-100 dollars / Euros per day for the intended days of stay, with Forex purchase bill.
12) If possible list-out all the above information and draft a covering letter addressing the immigration officers in your and foreign country.
